Feng Junke, born in Wen County,Henan Province, graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Peking University in 1980. He has worked as a researcher, chief of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Press and Publications and Beijing Municipal Copyright Bureau,chairman of Beijing Publication and Distribution Association, and chairman of the Capital Publication and Distribution Alliance.
