In order to implement the scientific concept of development and the overall planning of urban and rural areas, China Statistical Yearbook 2016 on Urban Construction fully reflects the construction and development of public facilities in urban and rural areas in China and facilitates public understanding of the overall urban and rural construction in China and abroad. We have edited " Statistical Yearbook of Urban and Rural Construction in China "and" Statistical Yearbook of Urban Construction in China, "a bilingual edition of the Chinese version, published annually for the general public as an information book.
China Statistical Yearbook on Urban Construction 2016 edits urban construction statistics for 2016 and calendar year according to the reported construction administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The book is divided into 14 parts, including the level of urban public utilities, urban population and construction land, urban maintenance and construction of financial capital revenue and expenditure, urban and municipal utilities fixed asset investment, urban water supply, urban water conservation, urban gas, urban centralized supply Heat, urban rail transit, urban roads and bridges, urban drainage and sewerage, urban landscaping, state-level scenic spots, urban appearance and environmental sanitation. China Statistical Yearbook 2016 for Urban Construction By the end of 2016, there are 658 cities in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (not in Taiwan Province).
The statistical range of this yearbook is the urban area of the city where the city is located: (1) the area under the jurisdiction of the subdistrict office; (2) the other town (town) area to which the urban public facilities, residential facilities and municipal utilities are connected; and Population in more than 3,000 independent mining area, development zones, research institutes, tertiary institutions and other special areas.
Data of China Urban Construction Statistical Yearbook 2015 in Beijing and part of Shanghai Municipality are included in this yearbook. 13 Counties in China (Handan County, Xingtai County, Xuanhua County, Cangxian County, Zezhou County, Shanxi Province, Fushun County, Panshan County, Tieling County: Chaoyang County, Xuchang County, Henan Province, Anyang County, Urumqi, Xinjiang County, Hotan County) Because of the same city and county as the city where the county is located, statistics of the county are included in this city's yearbook.
